~ RETURNS:
You must notify me within 2 days of delivery of your order to initiate a return. You must return it within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned in the original state they were received. Returns must include all original packaging. Products that show signs of wear, modified by another 3rd party jeweler, abused or broken will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. I can't assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charges are not refunded. Nor do I accept returns on custom/special orders.
~ Please allow 24-48 hours for processing all orders before packages are shipped. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of your package, please send me a private convo message for any updates.
